Cancellation & Late Policy To provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following policy before booking: * Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the booking deposit. * Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten their treatment to avoid delaying the next appointment, or reschedule for another day if there is not enough time to safely complete the service. * No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. * By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
